Our laboratory is equipped with some of the most advanced scientific & analytical equipment to date. Our lab was solely designed for rigorous testing so that every batch of the finished solution must go through before being released to the public, but also to continue to explore the expanding world of natural remedies, precious metals, and herbal supplements. One of our laboratory’s primary purposes is to ensure the quality, purity, efficacy, composition, and potency of our products. It is also utilized to analyze competitors’ products and for the full production of our solutions. Below you will find a list of some of the equipment we use here in our lab. The tools we use are effective and powerful for the applications we use them in.
Ultrasonic Processing: UltraSonic Processing is the process we use of homogenizing a liquid solution through a high output electronic transducer within a soundproof environment that emits a series of high-frequency signals into a liquid solution. This process disperses nanoparticles and creates a deeply dense and high liquefication of homogenized emulsions. Ultrasonic processing is a state of the art technology that creates the ultimate homogenous solution for optimal consumption. This can include different herbs, metals, and extracts to be homogenized to a single particle extract for an optimal blending of remedies.
Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). This digital analyzing method measures the latitude and zeta potential of any nanoparticle within a solution using exceptional high speed and precision. Accurate measurement of the structure, size and electrical charge of a nanoparticle can be observed and recorded for quality control. A quartz crystal in series with a photodiode provides measurements up to .3nm to 10,000 nm in diameter. This precise analyzer provides a much higher reading than a standard electron microscope, with less operation time. This investment helps us provides the proper size of nanoparticles from every single batch made, allowing for the ultimate consistency of solutions and allows us to probe the behavior of complex fluids such as concentrated polymer solutions and emulsions.
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). AAS is used widely for precise evaluations of metal density in metals such as gold and silver. The PerkinElmer PinAAcle 900F is designed with several technological breakthroughs offering a substantial amount of capabilities and configurations. It features state of the art fiber optics to maximize light output for improved detection limits, as well as a 6-lamp mounting system to allow for quick analysis of nanoparticles and metals. Paralleled with an automated flame and burner for optimization for precise production. The PerkinElmer PinAAcle 500F, a newer model with a smaller design and more efficient workflows, was recently purchased and added into our lab.
Pharmaceutical Grade Water & Filtration. We have two custom-designed 5-stage water filtration systems that allow us to have purified pharmaceutical-grade water meeting USP-NF Standards. These state-of-the-art water systems are serviced and maintained by an industry-leading water technology company exclusively. In the formation of precious metals, the ideal situation is to have the cleanest water possible, free of unwanted minerals and harmful heavy metals. Here at Gold Aura, we combine a strong latitude of all these processes that leave our solution with the cleanest and most ideal solution for our products.
Daily Testing: Our laboratory includes a wide variety of other standardized and specialty equipment, including milwaukee pH and conductivity meters calibrated daily, ion exchange resins for water de-ionization, analytical scales, spectrometers, hot plates, magnetic stirrers & pyrex beakers.
